I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist, who has worked in New Zealand and Australia, in private, public mental health and primary health settings. I have 20 years experience working clinically with those with mental health challenges and experiencing difficult life events. More recently I worked in leadership roles.

I have an interest in supporting family and carers where a loved one has mental or physical health challenges.

I will work with you to develop a shared understanding of your current strengths, challenges and goals, tailoring evidence-based psychological strategies for meaningful change.

I am person-centred, and see it as a privilege to be trusted with people's experiences and concerns. I genuinely enjoy engaging with people, hopefully allowing you to discuss what you need to with me, to optimise your mental wellbeing strategies.

I am able to work with you to look at your mental health, emotions, your ways of viewing the world, and patterns of behaviour that you may wish to see change in.

As a Clinical Psychologist I can provide diagnoses if this is appropriate.

The treatments I provide include cognitive behavioural, DBT-informed, metacognitive, acceptance and commitment, mindfulness and compassion-focused therapies.
